• We are happy to offer a refund replace or credit where goods are faulty or have been incorrectly described or delivered.
•Refunds for change of mind are not possible, however we are more than happy to exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value or issue a store credit voucher (valid for 12 months) providing the Need to Return is registered with us and the goods are returned within the14 day period items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

- Please contact one of our friendly team members who will register your Need to Return to ensure a smooth and easy return process.
- Our friendly team will verify compliance within 24 hours and contact you with instructions on how to proceed. Please include your telephone number when you register your Need to Return.
- Once we have received your return you will be advised via email or SMS. If you have Requested a Credit Voucher, It will be issued to you via Email within 24 hours.
- If you have registered an exchange for change of mind, postage is at the customers expense for both routes.
- Replacement items will be dispatched after we have received the original item and have had time to review the initial item.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns for exchange or refund must meet our terms and conditions.
- Requests for exchange of items or credit vouchers must be registered with us prior to returning goods.
- Postage costs associated with change of mind will be returned at the expense of the customer both way,s.
- Returns must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
- Goods must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition, otherwise we can not accept the goods for exchange or credit.
- Returns must be unopened with all security seals, products packaging, tags and stickers intact.
- Free gifts or bonus offers you may have received must be included in the return parcel with all security seals, packaging and tags or stickers intact.
- Please include your full name, address and a copy of the original receipts as proof of payment with the return.
- Return Postage must be paid before the goods for exchange are dispatched from our warehouse.
